This policy explains what data Smart Clean Laundry (built by Kennartech) accesses through your Google Account when you use its automatic backup feature, and how that data is used.

What we access

Smart Clean Laundry requests a single, narrow Google permission: drive.file. This scope only allows the app to see and manage the specific files it creates itself — it cannot see, list, or modify any other file already in your Google Drive.

What we upload

Once a day, the app creates a compressed backup (a .zip file) of your business's local database and uploads it into a folder named "Smart Clean Laundry Backups" inside the Google Drive account you sign in with. No other data — customer records, screenshots, or files outside the app — is ever sent anywhere.

How we use it

Backup files are used solely to let you restore your business data if your computer is lost, damaged, or replaced.
We do not read, analyze, sell, or share the contents of your backups with any third party.
Backup files remain entirely under your control, in your own Google Drive account — Kennartech has no separate copy or access to them.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect Smart Clean Laundry from your Google account at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access . Revoking access stops all future uploads; previously uploaded backup files remain in your Drive under your control.
